Street Art In Shoreditch

During my last couple of days in London I rented an apartment in the Shoreditch area (See A New Way To Stay). A friend of mine who lives in the city was nice enough to spend a day showing me around.

Situated in the East End of London, within the Borough of Hackney, this area seems like a world away from the hoards of tourists in Central London. In comparison, Shoreditch is a bit grungy feeling with pubs, vintage shops and Spitalfields Market all a stone’s throw away.

What catches your eye more than anything is the incredible street art. Around every bend your eye in treated to yet another interesting masterpiece. I couldn’t help but snap pictures as I walked through this cool little town. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.
