Take a bite out of Europe

I’ve always been a picky eater but over the years have become more open to trying new things. This benefits me greatly when I travel. I love when I’m in a new place and they stick with what they know best. Many time this means using local, fresh ingredients. This is why taking a European food tour is on my bucket list.

With so many types of cuisine on this beautiful planet I want to go to a country (or 2 or 3) and experience all of the culinary treats it has to offer. Not only would I like to taste but I also want to learn how to cook staple dishes of the region.

My top three countries for this experience would be Italy, France and Spain. Three wonderful countries famous for their food. Epiculinary.com is a wonderful website to browse if this is something that interests you. If you’re like me and a food journey just isn’t in the cards right now you can still get an idea of what the experience would be like.

Like everything else on my bucket list I hope to cross this one off one day. Perhaps I should start jogging an extra mile each day in preparation.

I'm originally from New Orleans, LA and grew up in the nearby town of Waveland, MS. I graduated from Georgia State University with a communications degree in 2010. Since then I've traveled the country and world meeting the most interesting people. My dream is to tell people's stories and share my passions with the world.
